Part 117509 is the male air quick-disconnect used on the Graco Fusion AP, Fusion FX and Fusion PC spray guns. Graco's service manual describes it as a male air quick-disconnect, 1/4, and the exploded parts diagram calls it the air QD fitting.
It is the half of the air connection that lets you couple and uncouple the gun's air supply without tools. It is an external fitting, so it is a routine replacement item, and being common to this gun family makes it a handy spare if you run more than one Fusion on site.
