A rig is a proportioner, transfer pumps, heated hose, a spray gun, a power source (generator or shore power), an air compressor, and the electrical and mechanical work that makes those function together inside a trailer. It comes down to the output you need in pounds per minute, the climate zone you work in, and the kind of jobs you take. Gas generators are cheaper up front and suit lower-output rigs. Diesel suits higher-output rigs and longer run times. Shore power removes the generator entirely where site power is reliable, which lowers cost and maintenance but limits where you can work. Graco is the dominant manufacturer of plural-component proportioning equipment for spray foam, and the Reactor line is the platform the trade is trained and serviced around. Building on Graco means parts are available, service procedures are documented, and a technician anywhere in the country already knows the machine. Use the Graco gun parts finder. Pick your gun, then either click the part on the exploded diagram or find it in the full list of every part for that gun underneath. Each entry shows the Graco part number and what the part is. If you already know the part number, search it directly - the site resolves numbers like 15B209 whether you type them upper or lower case.
Usually not. The Fusion AP, Fusion FX and Fusion ProConnect are different guns and most of their parts are specific to one of them. Some items - springs, o-rings and fittings - are shared, and where that is the case the product title lists every gun the part fits. Check the title before ordering.
Mix chambers are sized by orifice, and the size is part of the part number: FX47RD is the 0.047 in orifice chamber for the Fusion FX. They are not interchangeable, so order by the size code rather than by appearance, and confirm what your gun is currently set up with before changing size.

Open-cell is lower density, more permeable to vapour and less expensive per board foot; closed-cell is higher density, acts as a vapour retarder and adds structural rigidity, with a higher R-value per inch.
