Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location, or will be provided as part of your custom quote. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed prior to order completion.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, deliveries generally take 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Order Changes & Address Corrections
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Should you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, address changes or rerouting may not be possible.

Delivery Issues

Eligibility for Returns

1. Spray foam materials and spray foam equipment (except under extenuating circumstances).
2. For any approved exception, a 10% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Requests & Process

• If a refund is approved but a delay occurs due to the payment processor, customers should follow up directly with their payment provider.
• Partial refunds may be offered if:

Exchanges
