This is the round mix chamber for the Graco Fusion FX spray gun, in the 0.042 in orifice size. Graco's own listing for it is mix chamber, Fusion FX, 42, and the exploded parts diagram shows it among the FX round mix chambers.
The FX round chambers are supplied across a range of orifice sizes and are not interchangeable, so order by size. Check what the gun is running now, and if you are stepping up or down, pick the chamber that suits the job rather than replacing like for like out of habit. This chamber is listed for the Fusion FX; the Fusion AP and Fusion PC guns have their own chamber part numbers.
