Part 100846 is the grease fitting for the Graco Fusion AP and Fusion PC spray guns. Graco's service manual and the exploded parts diagram both identify it as the grease fitting, and it is the point through which grease is introduced into the gun.
There is not a great deal more to say about it, and that is rather the point: it is a small component with one job. If yours is damaged or blocked, swapping it restores your greasing routine.
Identify the fitting by its position on the Graco parts diagram and order against the part number, so you get the correct component rather than something that merely looks the same on the bench. Genuine Graco OEM part 100846.
