This is the piston stop for the Graco Fusion AP and Fusion PC spray guns. Graco's service manual lists it as a piston stop, and the exploded parts diagram calls it the stop piston.
It works with the piston assembly inside the gun, which means it is only accessible once the gun has been stripped down. That makes it a part most people order as part of a planned rebuild rather than on its own, alongside the seals and springs shown in the same area of the diagram.
