This is the ring lock spring for the Graco Fusion AP and Fusion PC spray guns. Graco's service manual lists it as the ring lock spring, the Graco Partner Portal uses the same name, and the exploded parts diagram simply calls it the spring.
It fits Fusion AP and Fusion PC guns. A spring that has been distorted or is no longer holding tension is worth replacing while the gun is apart, even if it still looks serviceable. It is a small item to have on the shelf before a strip-down. Fitting the genuine Graco spring keeps the assembly to the factory specification.
