This is the Fusion FX cartridge, supplied as a 5 pack. The Graco exploded diagram lists it as the FX cartridge 5 pack and the Graco Partner Portal sells it as the Fusion FX cartridge kit, 5 pack.
The cartridge is the item swapped to put the Fusion FX back to work, so the 5 pack is the option for a crew running several guns or one that would rather keep spares to hand than order singly through the season. Graco also lists the same cartridge in smaller 1 pack and 3 pack kits.
