The dosing piston is a serviceable component in the Graco Fusion FX spray gun. Graco's service manual lists it as the dosing piston and the exploded diagram calls it the dosing piston kit, so this is what you order when the piston is worn and needs replacing.
It is listed for the Fusion FX and is supplied as a Graco kit. Graco also lists a CS air piston kit that comes without the dosing piston or safety stem, so if you are working on that end of the gun, check the exploded diagram and work out which combination of parts you actually need before ordering.
