This is the safety stem for the Graco Fusion FX spray gun. Graco's service manual lists it as the safety stem stop and the exploded diagram calls it the safety stem kit, so it is the part to order when the stem is damaged or worn.
It is listed for the Fusion FX and supplied as a Graco kit. Graco also lists a CS air piston kit that comes without the dosing piston or safety stem, so if you are rebuilding that end of the gun, check the exploded diagram and make sure you have every piece in hand before you start stripping it down.
