This is the A-side filter housing for the Graco Fusion FX spray gun, the ISO side of the gun. Graco's service manual lists it as the A-side filter housing and the exploded diagram calls it the ISO filter kit, so it is the part to order when the housing itself is damaged or no longer sealing rather than just the filter it holds.
It fits the Fusion FX and is supplied as a Graco kit. Filters and their housings are part of routine gun maintenance, so if the gun has been in service a while it is worth inspecting the B-side housing at the same time.
