This is a compression spring used in the Graco Fusion AP and Fusion PC spray guns. Graco's service manual lists it simply as a spring, the exploded diagram labels it "Spring", and the Graco Partner Portal lists it as a compression spring.
If you are stripping the gun down for any other reason, that is a sensible moment to look at the springs and replace anything that has taken a set or shows corrosion, because getting back inside the gun later costs more in downtime than the spring itself does.
The Fusion guns use more than one spring, so order against the position on your Graco diagram rather than by appearance. Genuine Graco OEM part 114070.
