This is the piston for the Graco Fusion AP and Fusion PC spray guns. Graco's service manual and the exploded parts diagram both list it as the piston.
The piston is a major moving component inside the gun, so it is central to how the gun actuates. It is a serious internal part rather than a routine consumable, and it is normally replaced when a gun is being rebuilt or when inspection during a strip-down shows the piston itself is at fault.
If you are ordering it, it is worth checking the seals and springs in the same section of the Graco diagram while you have the gun open. Genuine Graco OEM part 15B203.
