This is the 'B' side swivel fitting for the Graco Fusion FX spray gun. Graco's service manual describes it as a swivel fitting, #6 JIC by #6 JIC, male to female, and the exploded parts diagram identifies it as the 'B' side swivel.
The swivel lets the hose rotate against the gun rather than winding up as you move around the work, which is what keeps the whip hose from fighting you over a long shift. That constant movement is also why swivels eventually wear and need replacing on a gun in daily use.
The A side and B side fittings are not the same part, so check which one you are replacing before ordering. Genuine Graco OEM part 127596.
