This is the o-ring kit for the inlet checks on the Graco Fusion FX cartridge. Graco's service manual lists it as an inlet check o-ring kit and the exploded diagram calls it the FX cartridge inlet check seal kit, so it is what you order when the inlet check seals are the source of a leak.
