Part 117634 is the 'B' side swivel for the Graco Fusion AP and Fusion PC spray guns. That is how Graco's exploded parts diagram identifies it.
A swivel lets the hose rotate relative to the gun instead of winding up as you work, which is what stops the whip hose fighting you through a shift. It also means the fitting is in movement whenever the gun is in use.
